Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking a CommonSpirit Revenue Cycle Manager / Mission Liaison in the Washington, DC area. The role supports the Director by serving as an operational liaison between revenue cycle leadership, market and facility leaders, and vendor partners.

Responsibilities include stabilizing revenue cycle, coordinating command center routines, and driving KPI reviews to resolve barriers affecting cash, A/R, denials, and related hospital revenue cycle functions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 8 years in healthcare revenue cycle.
• Hospital revenue cycle management or supervisory experience in a provider, health system, or outsourced/shared services environment.
• Strong working knowledge of hospital billing, A/R follow-up, denials, payment posting, cash reconciliation, and KPI management.

Responsibilities

• Serve as operational liaison between revenue cycle leadership, market and facility leaders, Guidehouse and vendor partners.
• Support revenue cycle stabilization, command center execution, KPI review, and issue escalation.
• Coordinate day-to-day alignment to identify and resolve revenue cycle issues impacting cash, A/R and denials.
• Prepare executive-ready updates with prioritized issues, root causes, and mitigation plans for leadership review.
• Provide oversight during go-live and stabilization, ensuring process adoption and issue mitigation.
