• Ability to create and deliver presentations.

Responsibilities

• Develop ongoing training and competency assessments for staff.
• Manage course logistics and staff evaluations.
• Collaborate with leaders for quality assurance.
• Identify and train Super Users on new workflows.
• Assess individual and group staff education needs.
