Natera, a global leader in cfDNA testing, is hiring a Revenue Cycle Trainer to design and deliver engaging onboarding and ongoing training for revenue cycle teams across the USA. You’ll craft practical content, run sessions (in-person and virtual), and partner with operations to keep curricula current and effective.
Ideal candidates have a healthcare/education/business background, 1–3 years in training, and proficiency with Articulate Rise, Camtasia, or Loom.
The Revenue Cycle Trainer plays a vital role in delivering effective, engaging training programs to new and existing team members across all areas of revenue cycle operations. This position focuses on creating practical, role‑specific content, facilitating learning sessions, and supporting employees in developing the knowledge and confidence needed to perform their jobs accurately and efficiently.
Competent in the use of Microsoft products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access).Experience with courseware used to develop online education preferred.
Ability to self‑start, work independently, as well as a member of various teams and committees, while adhering to timelines on a consistent basis with a minimum of assistance.
Proven strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
Effective team player, ability to work within a cross‑functional team a must.
Commitment to excellence and high standards.
Ability to work with all levels of management and a diversity of individuals at all organizational levels.

The pay range is listed and actual compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years & depth of experience, certifications and specific office location.
