Job summary

Valley Behavioral Health is seeking a Revenue Cycle Team Lead to guide the revenue cycle team, optimize processes, and drive operational excellence. This role offers opportunities to develop staff, improve outcomes, and support high-quality client care within a nonprofit behavioral health provider.

The position reports to the Revenue Cycle leadership and includes supervision, training, and performance improvement duties, with a schedule Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm and a starting pay of $18.75

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• One year of healthcare billing experience or equivalent.
• Preferred: Associate degree, 2 years behavioral health experience, 1 year supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervises daily activities and operational performance of the Revenue Cycle team.
• Maintains communication through huddles and one-to-one meetings.
• Trains and mentors new employees; ensures training objectives are met.
• Analyzes data to identify trends and improve financial/operational results.
• Manages time cards and payroll responsibilities.
• Ensures compliance with company policy and regulatory requirements.
