Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in a billing/collections office is preferred.
• Knowledge of insurance billing terminology is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receives and posts payments from clients and payers.
• Reconciles daily deposits and posts to accounts.
• Performs client account audits for accuracy of charges, fees, and payments.
• Handles daily revenue cycle communications and requests with accuracy.
