Job summary

Ideal candidates will have 2+ years in AR within home health and hospice, experience training staff, and familiarity with Homecare Homebase and Waystar.

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience of accounts receivable in Home Health and Hospice
• Experience assisting, training, and supporting business office managers at multiple sites is a plus
• Familiarity with AR metrics and reporting best practices

Responsibilities

• Support the RCM team and field partners in revenue cycle systems including billing, collections, and recording revenue transactions
• Enhance AR policies and procedures across agencies and maintain internal controls
• Train staff on software systems and processes, develop AR reports and monitor trends
