Job summary

Jefferson Health Plans is seeking a Revenue Cycle Supervisor to oversee daily operations of the insurance revenue cycle team, ensuring accuracy in billing, registration, payment posting and reconciliation.

You will monitor workflows, mentor staff, and partner with departments to drive process improvements, quality assurance and performance against metrics.

Qualifications

• 3 years related work experience.
• Demonstrated supervisory experience.
• Experience in insurance revenue cycle functions (i.e. insurance billing, charge entry, registration, payment posting, reconciliation).
• Excellent analytical, problem solving and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal skills.
• Knowledge of Revenue Cycle Systems (EPIC).
• Microsoft Office skills.

Job Description
