Job summary

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in medical billing or revenue cycle roles, with strong knowledge of CPT/HCPCS, ICD-10, and payer requirements. Excellent communication and problem solving are essential.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of hands-on medical billing or revenue cycle experience.
• Familiar with CMS 1500/UB04, CPT/HCPCS, ICD-10, EOBs, and payer requirements.

Responsibilities

• Submit, verify, and manage claims from submission to payment posting, including UB-04 and CMS-1500 forms.
• Ensure billing accuracy and compliance with regulations.
• Monitor denials and variances; resolve issues with persistence.
• Collaborate with coding, clinical, and financial teams to streamline processes.
• Identify denial trends and contribute to continuous improvement.
