Paycom - ATS in Tacoma, WA is seeking an RCM Specialist to manage end-to-end revenue cycle for behavioral health, outpatient and/or surgical practices. You will ensure timely billing, claims submission, and payment posting while maintaining HIPAA compliance.

You will work with Simple Practice, Tebra and other PM/EHR systems, perform eligibility checks, denials follow-up, and AR analyses. The role requires 3+ years of claims billing experience and strong CPT/ICD-10 knowledge.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of healthcare claims billing experience, specifically Behavioral Health, Outpatient, and/or Surgical practices.
• Strong command of Simple Practice and Tebra systems.
• Experience with CPT/ICD-10 coding, modifiers, and billing guidelines for behavioral health and outpatient services.

Aufgaben

• Manage full-cycle medical billing: insurance verification, charge entry, claims submission, payment posting, denial management, and patient collections.
• Follow up on outstanding claims, resolve rejections/denials, and ensure proper reimbursement.
• Conduct eligibility checks and pre-authorizations when needed.
• Generate aging reports and AR summaries; maintain compliance with HIPAA and payer regulations.
