Job summary

Baptist Health in Madisonville, KY is seeking a Revenue Cycle Specialist to join our team. You will develop and maintain accurate reimbursement models for hospital and physician services to support managed care negotiations, payment auditing, denial management and profitability forecasting.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in Finance/Management/IT or related field and at least 3 years of Revenue Cycle experience in a multi-dimensional healthcare environment, with strong BI/Analytics

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Finance, Management, IT, Statistics or related field.
• Knowledge and experience with Revenue Cycle and BI/Analytics tools such as payment modeling, auditing and denial management.
• Minimum 3 years' experience in Revenue Cycle operations and/or Revenue Cycle analytics in a healthcare setting.

The Revenue Cycle Specialist will be responsible for the development and maintenance of accurate reimbursement models for both hospital and physician services in support of managed care negotiations, payment auditing, denial management, and financial profitability forecasting. Requirements

• A minimum BS or equivalent degree in Finance, Management, Information Technology, Statistics or related field.
• Knowledge and experience with Revenue Cycle and BI/Analytics tools such as payment modeling, auditing and denial management.
• A minimum of 3 years' experience in Revenue Cycle operations and/or Revenue Cycle analytics in a multi-dimensional healthcare environment is required.
