Universal Health Services seeks a Revenue Cycle Specialist to support Independence Physician Management by optimizing front-end workflows and revenue processes. This role partners with Market Leadership to drive consistency and efficiency in the revenue cycle across IPM markets.
You will monitor metrics, improve registration and eligibility steps, reduce denials, and ensure timely payments while delivering quality patient service and collaboration with the Central Billing Office.
Independence Physician Management (IPM) was formed in 2012 as the physician services unit. IPM develops and manages multi-specialty physician networks and urgent care clinics within the Acute Care and Behavioral Health Divisions. The Revenue Cycle Specialist plays a pivotal role in working with IPM Market Leadership to drive consistency in ‘front-end’ workflows and business processes that will help the Market maximize revenue along with enhanced patient satisfaction. The Specialist is an extension of the IPM Central Billing Office (CBO) but is embedded in the IPM Market to assist with specific tasks that will enhance the overall revenue cycle continuum.
