Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a welcoming presence in the registration area with excellent service.
• Interview patients at admission and enter demographic and insurance data accurately.
• Obtain documentation and scan IDs, insurance cards, consent forms, and directives.
• Maintain logs and ensure accurate recordkeeping for patient access.
• Assist with admissions, transfers, and other access functions as assigned.
• Answer phones and manage messages professionally.
• Assist patients with financial assistance applications and payment plans.
• Post payments to patient accounts and protect confidentiality.

This position includes weekend and holiday responsibilities. The Revenue Cycle Representative II serves as a welcoming first point of contact for patients while supporting registration, admissions, and revenue cycle processes. This role ensures accurate patient information, efficient workflow, and a positive patient experience through strong communication, organization, and customer service.This position is fully onsite and requires employees to work on location. Hybrid or work-from-home arrangements are not available.
