Emergicon LLC in Terrell, TX is seeking an experienced Revenue Cycle Quality Assurance Specialist to join its compliance team. You will audit billing, coding, accounts receivable, and payment activity for accuracy, completeness, and regulatory compliance, then track corrective actions until issues are resolved.

This hybrid role combines in-office collaboration at the Terrell facility with remote work per company policy.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in healthcare administration or related field required.
• Minimum three years in healthcare revenue cycle, billing, coding, or compliance experience required.
• Experience auditing end-to-end revenue cycle operations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Audit revenue cycle activity for accuracy, timeliness, and compliance.
• Review full claim lifecycle including demographics, eligibility, coding, denials, and AR.
• Identify billing errors, patterns, and root causes to drive improvements.
• Develop QA tools, scorecards, and SOPs to standardize programs.
