SYSTEM West Virginia University Health System is seeking an organized administrative professional in Morgantown to support Revenue Cycle leadership and drive project plans. You will help document scope, monitor progress, and coordinate communications across ERC operations.

Qualifications

  • Associate degree in business administration or related field.
  • Two years of administrative experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred in business administration, finance, or related field.

Responsibilities

  • Define and document scope, goals and objectives of administrative projects.
  • Capture and document project plans for monitoring progress.
  • Ensure project plans meet timelines and operating parameters.
  • Coordinate distribution of correspondence for ERC leadership.
  • Prepare documents using Microsoft Office with accuracy and timeliness.
  • Compile statistical and financial data for the department.
  • Maintain filing systems for easy retrieval by leadership.
  • Schedule meetings, calendars, and travel arrangements.
  • Assist with leadership projects and ERC division support.
  • Serve as liaison to remote and onsite sites for employee relations.
