Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field required (Healthcare Admin, Business, Finance, HIM, Accounting)
• Minimum five years of healthcare revenue cycle experience or related operations
• CPC/CRCR/CPMA/CHRI/HFMA or similar certification preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead revenue cycle operations and performance in assigned departments and practices.
• Monitor revenue cycle metrics, workflows, and denial trends; coordinate with stakeholders.
• Investigate charge capture discrepancies and coordinate resolution with providers and teams.
• Develop and maintain revenue cycle reports, dashboards, and performance metrics; present to leadership.
• Educate providers on documentation and submission practices to improve reimbursement.
• Assist with Epic optimization, workflows redesign, and system enhancements.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Coding, Revenue Integrity, Compliance, IS, Managed Care, and PFS.
