Job DescriptionAs a Revenue Cycle Performance Analytics Manager, candidate will be responsible for supporting revenue cycle leadership by completing deep data analysis to identify key trends and issues to improve revenue cycle processes within our organization. This role is critical to ensuring data-driven decision-making that supports financial sustainability and enhances the patient financial experience.

This is an exempt position. The base compensation range for this role is $95,000 - $125,000. At VillageMD, compensation is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, location, etc. The selected candidate will be eligible for a valuable company benefits plan, including health insurance, dental insurance, life insurance, and access to a 401k plan
