Ideal candidates have 2+ years AR experience in home health/hospice and familiarity with Homecare Homebase and Waystar. The employer is a holding company operating in the US healthcare sector.

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience of accounts receivable in Home Health and Hospice lines of business.
• Experience assisting, training, and supporting business office manager at multiple sites a plus.
• Experience in Homecare Homebase and Waystar.

Responsabilités

• Support the accounts receivable functions under the supervision of RC Systems Resource Lead.
• Enhance the agencies’ policies and procedures surrounding the revenue and accounts receivable cycles.
• Develop and utilize software reports for AR metrics and trends.
• Monitor internal controls to ensure compliance with established procedures related to revenue and accounts receivable.
• Provide expert knowledge on software systems used in home health, hospice, and home care lines of business; train staff on systems.
