Qualifications

Experience with Epic PB configuration, troubleshooting, and optimization.
Strong skills in data analytics, workflow redesign, and change management within complex healthcare environments.
Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive operational efficiency.
Knowledge of multispecialty practice billing and collections in an academic setting.

Responsibilities

Identify opportunities for improvement within Revenue Cycle Operations.
Interpret fiscal data related to revenue, reimbursement, and managed care issues.
Create and oversee RCO benchmark and financial reports for trend analysis.
Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership and department chairs.
Lead workflow optimization efforts using Epic functionality and related automation.
