Join us as an Operations Manager. This pivotal role involves collaborating with our partner clinical team and training multi-site Patient Navigators to educate patients on the benefits of genetic testing and early detection.

Responsibilities:

• Management: Manage a team of 10+ nonexempt employees who navigate patients daily across various locations in Texas.
• Champion Patient Care: Advocate for patients by leading dedicated patient navigators who serve as the frontline in imaging centers in TX.
• Operational Excellence: Refine site operations to ensure smooth patient flow and excellent customer service, working with the Site Manager.
• Invest in People: Develop and train your team on best practices, and play a key role in launching and ensuring success of new imaging center partnerships in TX.
• Day to Day: Monitor attendance and performance, conduct evaluations, approve timesheets, coordinate time off, and liaise with account managers, training teams, and leadership.
• Travel: This is a remote position based in Las Vegas, NV, requiring flexibility for a minimum of 50% local travel.

Specific Skills:
