Job summary

Huron Consulting Group is seeking a DBO Lead Supervisor in Chicago to oversee revenue cycle teams across multiple clients. You will manage time, budgets, and performance metrics while liaising with Shared Services on onboarding and staffing, and ensure accurate time reporting and reporting integrity.

The role requires strong communication, leadership, and analytical skills, with a focus on aligning staff to meet client expectations and driving operational excellence within the Domestic Business

Qualifications

• HB and PB Epic billing experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook/Word/PowerPoint/Excel).
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
• Flexible and adaptable to change.
• Comfort operating and making decisions in ambiguity.
• Strong organizational skills to prioritize initiatives and manage multiple tasks.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret large data sets and translate into recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Owns client meetings, including agendas, issues logs, and report packages.
• Manages team metrics and client service level agreements.
• Coordinates onboarding for new clients with HMS Shared Services and staff assignments.
• Aligns staff to shifts to cover client hours of operation.
• Reviews and approves all employee time, including time-off and overtime.
• Creates and monitors unit budget and utilization KPIs in Workday.
• Interacts with RC Analytics and IT to keep reporting accurate and up to date.
• Partners with HR on staffing escalations and time reporting concerns.
