Job summary

CVS Health Specialty Pharmacy in Monroeville is seeking a Medical Billing Coordinator for a full-time role to ensure timely, accurate billing for claims while delivering strong customer service to patients, healthcare professionals and insurers. Qualifications

1+ year of Healthcare Insurance Billing related experience.
Experience using Microsoft Office products, specifically Excel, Outlook, and Word.
Must be able to commute to the Monroeville, PA office.

Responsibilities

Third party insurance claim billing for dispensing medication and using the bill method required by the payer.
Transmit or submit claims (paper/electronic) to insurance payors for reimbursement.
Resolve insurance problems and patient issues from incorrect or incomplete information, therapy changes and pharmacy or shipping errors.
Maintaining notes detailing actions taken to resolve billing edits.
Maintain patient demographic and insurance information and data collection systems, including billing reports, queues, or diversions according to payer and company policy.
