Job summary

Pure Infusion is seeking a Revenue Cycle Manager to lead daily Billing and Collections across Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial payers, ensuring accurate billing and timely reimbursement.

You will oversee back‑end revenue cycle functions, audits for compliance, monitor KPIs, and coach staff to improve cash flow and reduce denials.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of medical billing and revenue cycle management experience
• Lead teams and delegate tasks effectively
• Knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid and payer policies

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure accurate and timely billing processes.
• Supervise collection efforts and provide leadership to Business Office Managers and staff.
• Monitor reimbursement trends, prepare analytical reports with trend assessments, and present findings to senior management.
• Stay informed on legislative, regulatory, and payer policy changes; communicate updates to relevant teams.
• Ensure compliance with company and payer guidelines through routine audits and process reviews.
• Forecast monthly collections and report projections to senior leadership.
• Recruit, develop, coach, and manage staff, including setting objectives and training.
• Track and report KPIs to leadership and stakeholders.
