Cedar Point Health in Montrose, CO, is hiring a Revenue Cycle Manager to lead the finance team in optimizing billing, coding, accounts receivable, and payer relations. You will drive cash flow strategies, monitor performance metrics, and ensure compliance with CMS and payer guidelines.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in healthcare revenue cycle, EMR proficiency, and strong leadership abilities. This is a full-time, on-site role at the administration location.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field preferred; equivalent relevant experience may be considered.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in healthcare revenue cycle, medical billing, accounts receivable management, or related area.
• Proficient in EMR and revenue cycle systems; adaptable to proprietary software.
• This position is required to work in person; commuting within 75 miles may be requested.

Mansioni

• Oversee revenue cycle operations, including staff management, payer relations, coding, billing, and AR.
• Monitor KPIs and financial results; develop strategies to improve cash flow and revenue cycle performance.
• Collaborate with Director of Finance, payers, and vendors to support accurate billing and timely reimbursement.
• Maintain monthly revenue cycle dashboard with KPIs, AR activity, and collection performance.
• Ensure compliant coding, regulatory updates, and effective EMR postings to bookkeeping systems.
• Lead credentialing oversight and collaborate with EMR vendor to improve data reporting.
