The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing, training, and overseeing teams, providing guidance, and effectively managing bad debts and claims. Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage the entire revenue cycle process, from patient registration to final payment of a balance.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures that increase efficiency and maximize revenue.
- Train and manage a team of revenue cycle specialists, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their goals and objectives.
- Oversee all billing, collections, and insurance processes to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations.
- Manage and resolve any issues related to bad debts and claims.
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve the customer experience.
- Analyze and report on revenue cycle performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to achieve these improvements.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in revenue cycle management.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 3+ years of experience in revenue cycle management, preferably in the Sales industry.
- Proven experience in managing and training teams.
- In-depth knowledge of collections, insurance, and healthcare insurance processes.
- Experience in managing bad debts and claims.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to provide guidance and support to a team.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
