Job Description
The Revenue Cycle Manager oversees the comprehensive management of an organization's revenue cycle operations, ensuring timely, accurate billing, collections, and compliance with regulatory standards. Key responsibilities include managing billing processes, optimizing accounts receivable, monitoring reimbursement procedures, and improving financial workflows. The Manager will coordinate closely with clinical, administrative, and finance teams to enhance revenue integrity, reduce denials, and maintain accurate patient accounts. The role involves analyzing performance metrics, providing strategic insights, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives to maximize financial outcomes. Ideal candidates possess strong analytical skills, healthcare billing knowledge, familiarity with healthcare regulations, excellent communication abilities, and demonstrated leadership experience.
Salary: $80,000 - $100,000/annual

Job Qualifications
Must be at least 18 years old
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent years of experience
Minimum Of Two Years Of Supervisory Experience
Certified Procedural Coder (CPC) – AAPC or AHIMA preferred
Experience In NextGen EHR Preferred
Must have or be able to obtain a valid Fingerprint Clearance Card
Must be authorized to work in the United States.
Must be able to pass pre- and continued employment screenings successfully.
