Alongside ABA is an Applied Behavior Analysis intervention provider focused on delivering quality care to individuals with developmental delays. The RCM Associate manages billing for ABA services, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

This role requires prior medical billing experience, knowledge of insurance verification and claims processing, and a collaborative approach within a hybrid schedule in CA. The team supports professional growth and values every contribution while ensuring HIPAA

Responsibilities

• Manage the billing processes for ABA therapy services provided to school districts and home clients, ensuring accuracy in claims submission, adherence to insurance and funding requirements, and timely invoicing.
• Prepare and submit accurate claims for ABA service to insurance companies and other payers in a timely manner.
• Verify insurance coverage and benefits for new and existing clients.
• Follow up on outstanding claims, investigate denials, and resolve billing discrepancies.
• Reconcile patient accounts, process payments, and generate billing reports.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of insurance policies, regulations, and billing codes related to ABA services.
• Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure proper documentation for billing purposes.
• Provide excellent customer service to clients regarding billing inquiries and account statuses.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA and other relevant laws and regulations.

Our Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) Associate will manage the billing process for our ABA services, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations and payer requirements. The ideal candidate will have experience in medical billing and a strong understanding of insurance verification and claims processing.

Pay: $25 - $28 / hour

Availability: Monday-Friday from 9:00am to 5:30pm (Hybrid - Schedule TBD with Hiring Team)

Location: Eligible candidates must reside in LA County, Orange County, SD County, or Inland Empire in CA
