Alongside ABA is seeking an RCM Associate to manage billing for ABA services, ensuring accuracy and regulatory compliance. You will handle claims, insurance verification, and denial management in a collaborative environment.

The role offers a Monday–Friday schedule in a hybrid setting, with a pay range of $25–$28 per hour and CA residency eligibility. Join a team dedicated to reliable, compliant billing and patient-centered service.

Competenze

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in medical billing.
• Experience in ABA or healthcare setting preferred.

Our Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) Associate will manage the billing process for our ABA services, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations and payer requirements. The ideal candidate will have experience in medical billing and a strong understanding of insurance verification and claims processing.

Pay: $25 - $28 / hour

Availability: Monday-Friday from 9:00am to 5:30pm (Hybrid - Schedule TBD with Hiring Team)

Location: Eligible candidates must reside in LA County, Orange County, SD County, or Inland Empire in CA

Requirements

Skills & Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in medical billing, preferably in an ABA or healthcare setting.
• Proficiency in billing software and electronic health record (EHR) systems.
• Strong understanding of insurance verification, claims processing, and denial management.
• Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.

Preferred Skills

• Certification in medical billing or coding.
• Experience in ABA-specific billing codes and practices.
• Knowledge of payer requirements and industry regulations.
