Job summary

Covenant Living is seeking a Community Revenue Cycle Manager to act as the financial leader for private-pay revenue cycle activities across the Covenant Living Community. You will oversee resident billing, AR, and regulatory financial processes while collaborating with campus leadership and Central Office Finance.

The role includes directing revenue cycle initiatives, ensuring accurate revenue capture, and maintaining compliance with policies and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in revenue cycle or accounting roles.
• Experience with private-pay billing and Medicaid eligibility is a plus.
• Strong understanding of AR management and cash collection processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead campus private-pay revenue cycle initiatives as advisor to campus leadership.
• Oversee private-pay billing accuracy, timeliness, and revenue reporting.
• Manage AR performance and cash collection strategy for the campus.
• Oversee Medicaid eligibility oversight and trust accounting processes.
• Coordinate with operations, revenue cycle, and finance for compliance and revenue integrity.
