Job summary

Socket.dev is seeking a leader to drive underpayment and variance resolution for Hospital (HB) and Professional (PB) claims. You will lead recovery of underpayments, resolve variances, negotiate with payers, and push process improvements to maximize net revenue and reduce rework and aging.

The role requires 3–4 years of revenue cycle experience with 1–2 years in billing operations, plus supervisory experience and proficiency with Epic and Excel.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Healthcare Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field preferred.
• 3–4 years progressive revenue cycle experience; 1–2 years in billing operations (HB/PB) within hospital or multi-site health system.
• Minimum of 3 years supervisory experience in hospital and/or professional billing operations.
• Formal degree may be substituted with 6+ years of direct revenue cycle and supervisory experience.
• Experience with Epic and revenue cycle technologies.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data-driven decision-making capabilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management across clinical, financial, IT, and revenue cycle teams.
