Huron seeks a Lead Supervisor in the Domestic Business Office to oversee revenue cycle teams across multiple clients from a professional office setting in the United States. You will drive time management, policy interpretation, and service delivery excellence while coordinating with client teams and internal support units.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel).

Mansioni

• Owns client facing meetings with agendas, issues logs, report packages and materials.
• Manages team metrics and client service level agreements.
• Coordinates onboarding for new clients, staff assignments and solutions.
• Aligns staff to shifts to cover client hours.
• Reviews and approves employee time, time-off, and overtime.
• Maintains unit budget and KPIs in Workday.
• Ensures accurate reporting with RC Analytics and IT.
