Job summary

Huron is seeking a Lead Supervisor for Revenue Cycle operations to support domestic client teams and drive consistent service delivery. You will manage time, communications, and budgets while coordinating with RC Analytics and IT to ensure accurate reporting and optimal performance.

The role requires 5+ years in revenue cycle within healthcare delivery or consulting, leadership experience, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. On-site role with involvement in incentive programs and benefits.

Qualifications

• Lead supervisor experience in revenue cycle or similar
• Strong communication and time-management skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
• Experience with budgeting and reporting in healthcare settings

Responsibilities

• Owns client-facing meetings, agendas, issues logs, and report packages
• Manages team metrics, productivity, quality and SLAs
• Coordinates system access, training and onboarding timelines
• Aligns staff to suitable shifts to cover hours of operations
• Reviews and approves employee time, time-off, and overtime
• Creates and maintains unit budgets and utilization KPIs
• Coordinates with RC Analytics and IT for accurate reporting
• Works with HR and leadership on performance escalations and attendance issues
• Interprets accounting systems and healthcare policy guidelines
• Maintains reports and project plans for multiple initiatives
• Provides data-driven recommendations for improvement
