Job summary

Huron is seeking a DBO Lead Supervisor to oversee revenue cycle teams across multiple clients in a professional office setting in the United States. You will manage timekeeping, budgets, and performance, while coordinating onboarding and service delivery to ensure client satisfaction.

The role requires strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills, with leadership experience in a multi‑facility health care environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in revenue cycle within a multi-facility health care delivery system or consulting is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Excellent verbal and written communication; able to relay information effectively.
• Flexible and adaptable to change.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple initiatives.
• Current permanent U.S. work authorization is required.

Responsibilities

• Own client‑facing meetings, create agendas, issues logs, and supporting materials.
• Manage team metrics, productivity, quality measures, and client SLAs.
• Collaborate with HMS Shared Services for onboarding and staff assignments.
• Align staff to appropriate shifts to cover client hours.
• Review and approve all employee time including time‑off and overtime.
• Create and maintain unit budgets and KPI dashboards (Workday).
• Coordinate with RC Analytics and IT to ensure accurate reporting (time entry, activity logs).
• Coordinate with HR and DBO Leadership on staff performance escalations.
