Job summary

Ardent Health in Brentwood, TN seeks a Manager, Revenue Cycle Systems to lead the application team that supports Resolute Hospital Billing and Hospital Billing Claims IT systems. You will direct day-to-day operations, architect improvements and mentor analysts to optimize billing workflows.

The role requires Epic Certification and extensive IT applications experience, plus ability to travel up to 25% and participate in on-call rotation.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.
• Epic certification required (Resolute Hospital Billing Administration or Resolute Hospital Billing Claims Administration).
• 7+ years IT applications support in Resolute Hospital Billing or Hospital Billing Claims.
• 5+ years IT implementing and supporting applications.
• Experience with large scale projects with teams of 5+ members.
• Willing to participate in on-call rotation.
• Travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Works with DD{}TI leadership to collect, analyze and document artifacts and translate problems into solution-oriented initiatives.
• Provides mentorship to team in areas of application support and leadership development; defines work assignments and workload.
• Provides technical guidance to identify system deficiencies and analyze system problems and solutions.
• Collaborates with business stakeholders to introduce innovative solutions.
• Assists in the facilitation of team and client meetings.
• Creates functional working relationships across application teams.
• Assists with departmental budget planning and resourcing.
