Job summary

This role requires 3+ years in healthcare revenue cycle, an associate degree (bachelors preferred), and familiarity with EMR and revenue cycle software like Cerner and ProVation.

Qualifications

• 3+ years healthcare revenue cycle experience.
• Expert understanding of Revenue Cycle Systems and EMR.
• Experience with Cerner, Oracle or similar systems.
• Ability to lead projects and train end users.
• Strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, test, implement and maintain Revenue Cycle systems.
• Troubleshoot issues and collaborate with users, vendors and IT staff.
• Maintain knowledge of Cerner, Nuance/Dragon, ProVation, Flywire and others.
• Coordinate and evaluate clinician testing before/after upgrades.
• Prepare documentation, charts, graphs and training materials.
• Ensure standardized order sets and effective end-user training.
• Work independently to meet deadlines and support departments.
