Job summary

Key responsibilities include designing and maintaining revenue cycle applications, coordinating testing around upgrades, and creating end-user training documentation. Strong communication and project coordination are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of healthcare revenue cycle experience.
• Subject matter expertise in revenue cycle areas such as patient billing, coding, or patient access.
• Experience creating training materials and end-user documentation.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Design, test, implement and maintain Revenue Cycle systems across the organization to support patients and health care professionals.
• Resolve application/workflow issues and collaborate with users, vendors and IT staff to reach results.
• Maintain knowledge of revenue cycle and EMR systems (e.g., Cerner, Nuance/Dragon, ProVation, Flywire).
• Prepare charts, graphs, project plans and training materials for end users.
• Coordinate clinician functional testing before and after system upgrades.
