Job summary

RevSpring in Phoenix, AZ is seeking an Implementation Consultant, Analytics to work with Solution Delivery teams to implement patient engagement and payment solutions. You will gather requirements, design, configure, and test on assigned projects, collaborating with client SMEs and RevSpring resources to deliver the solution.

The role emphasizes adherence to implementation methodologies, best practices, and contribution to onboarding assets and processes. Travel up to 10% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred.
• 2–4 years’ experience in a software product implementations role.
• Ability to read, analyze and interpret business information.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements definition, solution design, configuration, and testing.
• Provide project oversight/governance on single or multi-product deployments.
• Collaborate with architects, product management, support, and sales to solve client needs.
• Maintain a product-focused discipline and minimize custom configurations.
• Configure analytics products following best practices.
• Keep stakeholders informed throughout the project lifecycle.
• Participate in architecture reviews to align with client direction.
