Job summary

The candidate will advance charge capture, reporting, and data governance across multiple hospital campuses, partnering with clinical and business teams to improve efficiency and financial performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years in healthcare revenue cycle operations.
• Deep knowledge of billing, collections, charge capture, and cash management.
• Strong reporting, dashboard design, and analytics skills.
• Excellent organizational and project management abilities.
• Advanced communication to present complex finance information.
• Ability to lead teams and coordinate cross-functional projects.
• Regulatory trends awareness and continuous process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead documentation integrity responsibilities for the DEM revenue management group.
• Provide analytical support to DEM leadership.
• Manage projects from inception to completion.
• Develop and implement performance dashboards and reports.
• Collaborate with clinical and business teams to optimize revenue cycle.
