Transition Home Healthcare in Houston, TX seeks a Director of Revenue Cycle - Home Health to oversee the entire revenue cycle, including patient intake, coding, billing, collections, and AR, ensuring timely reimbursements and strict regulatory compliance.

The ideal candidate brings extensive home health revenue cycle management experience, PDGM expertise, and proven leadership to mentor a team while driving process improvements through technology and automation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 5+ years in healthcare billing/AR.
• 5+ years of experience in home healthcare management.
• 2+ years of managing revenue cycle, billing, AR departments.
• Proficient in Homecare Homebase (HCHB).
• Strong Medicare home health billing knowledge (PDGM, fee-for-service, PCR).
• Knowledge of ICD-10-CM, CPT, HCPCS; UB04 and HMO billing.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the revenue cycle including intake, coding, billing, collections, AP and AR.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local home health billing regulations.
• Prepare and analyze billing and AR reports; support month-end and annual reporting.
• Lead and mentor revenue cycle staff; provide training on procedures and compliance.
• Identify process improvements; leverage technology to streamline operations.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless revenue cycle integration.
