Job summary

CLS Health in Houston, TX is seeking a Revenue Cycle Manager to oversee and optimize revenue management processes across the system. You will lead the Revenue Cycle Team and ensure efficient billing, coding, and claims operations.

The role requires deep knowledge of ICD-10, CPT, HIPAA, CMS, strong analytical skills, and proven leadership. Bachelor's in healthcare administration or related field and 5+ years in revenue cycle management are preferred; CPC or CRCP certifications are a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, finance, business, or related field; Master's preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in revenue cycle management, preferably in healthcare.
• Certified Professional Coder (CPC) or Certified Revenue Cycle Professional (CRCP) preferred.
• Proficiency with medical billing software and revenue cycle management systems.

Responsibilities

• Revenue Cycle Optimization: develop and implement strategies to streamline billing, coding, claims management, and collections.
• Billing and Coding Compliance: ensure accurate coding per ICD-10/CPT, payer guidelines and HIPAA/CMS rules.
• Claims Management: oversee submission, tracking, denial management, and appeals.
• Revenue Analysis and Reporting: analyze KPIs and produce actionable management reports.
