Qualifications

• Experience with CPT coding and 3rd party billing requirements is preferred.
• Proficiency with Excel for data tracking and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Analyze denial trends and identify root causes to improve overturn rates and cash flow.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and review clinical documentation for accuracy to minimize audit risk.
• Explain balances to patients and connect them with financial assistance options.
