Job summary

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of healthcare billing/collections experience
• Epic Resolute knowledge and healthcare billing terminology preferred
• HIPAA privacy and security regulations familiarity

Responsibilities

• Compile, analyze, and interpret revenue cycle data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
• Generate reports and dashboards to track KPIs for billing, collections, and reimbursement.
• Collaborate with vendors to handle late charges and claim submissions with correct TOB types
• Review and correct edits from the clearinghouse, focusing on complex accounts or payers
• Communicate with insurance companies, patients, and other customers to gather or provide information for claims
