Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Knowledge of Epic Resolute and healthcare billing processes is preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) is required.

Responsibilities

• Analyze revenue cycle data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Generate reports and dashboards tracking KPIs for billing, collections and reimbursement.
• Interact with vendors and payers to resolve claim adjudication issues and follow up on claims.
• Review and correct edits from the clearinghouse and ensure timely submission of claims.
• Maintain knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid and state/federal billing regulations.
