We're looking for a detail oriented, highly organized Behavioral Health Revenue Cycle Coordinator to join our growing team. In this role, you'll play a vital part in helping patients access care quickly and without delay by verifying insurance benefits and intake information and obtaining prior authorizations. You'll also serve as a key problem solver by identifying and correcting issues that prevent claims from being submitted or that result in denials. Additionally, you'll support patients directly by reconciling patient balances and responding to billing questions via email.

You're comfortable navigating denials, rejections, posting payments accurately, and calling payers directly when needed to resolve issues, keeping the revenue cycle moving smoothly from intake through payment.
