As a venture‑backed, rapidly scaling startup at the forefront of maternal healthcare innovation, we have developed a groundbreaking clinical model that combines specialized therapy, peer support, and medication management to treat perinatal mood disorders. Our approach delivers exceptional results—90% of patients experience clinically significant symptom improvement. We have established strategic partnerships with leading health plans including UnitedHealthcare, Cigna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, and Aetna, plus a growing network of OBGYN clinics nationwide, positioning us for accelerated growth in the $50B+ women's behavioral health market.

About the Role

We are looking for an ambitious and mission‑driven Practice Partnership Manager to build long‑term relationships with women’s health providers and their practices to enable seamless mental health referrals for their patients. The role is a unique opportunity to join a fast‑growing startup that is redefining mental health care for women. You will play a critical role in getting patients to the mental healthcare they need by setting up referral pathways that are easy for providers to use and enable their patients to quickly get to care. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of experience in sales and thrives on building authentic relationships with healthcare professionals. We are looking for mission‑driven, resourceful self‑starters with excellent communication skills, who are highly organized and motivated by exceeding sales targets and advancing our mission. Experience working in healthcare is strongly preferred.

What You’ll Do
  • Secure meetings with prospective accounts, ensuring accounts are vetted, key information is documented, and upcoming meetings are set up for success.
  • Lead in‑person sales meetings with private practices in your territory, educating OBGYNs, office managers, and other clinic staff about Seven Starling’s mission, value proposition and seamless referral processes.
  • Activate new accounts as referral partners through successful sales conversations, articulating Seven Starling’s value and ensuring the clinic is equipped to begin referring by setting up referral workflows and in‑office collateral.
  • Grow accounts through ongoing account management by establishing a strong relationship with practice champions and delivering value through tailored updates and ensuring practice needs are met.
  • Support the launch of new service lines and expansions by introducing new offerings to existing and new practice partners and identifying opportunities to deepen referral relationships over time.
  • Share insights, risks, and opportunities from market visits with the Growth team to ensure that we’re adjusting to market dynamics and new trends.
  • Maintain an up‑to‑date CRM record for your territory to track progress, stay on top of next steps, and conduct targeted outreach.
  • Proactively track and manage your territory’s performance against KPIs, identifying unique needs or opportunities for improvement to meet our goals.
Who You Are
  • At least 2+ years experience in sales or business development, preferably in healthcare.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Natural relationship‑builder that thrives on making new connections and opening doors across all levels of an organization.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communicator with the ability to effectively tailor the value of our offering to each audience’s unique needs.
  • Quick learner who thrives in a fast‑paced, fluid environment where new situations are the norm.
  • Strong attention to detail and love for organization; proficiency with CRM tools.
  • Creative and collaborative team player, excited by the opportunity to work with a passionate, mission‑driven team.
Must Haves
  • Experience in healthcare, ideally with in‑clinic sales.
  • 1‑2 years of experience at a fast‑growth startup.
  • Willing to travel weekly (2–4 days a week, 3 out of 4 weeks per month) to OBGYN practices across your regional territory.
  • Live near a major airport, preferably in Los Angeles, San Diego, or Las Vegas.
Details
  • Full‑time; remote.
  • Salary: $100,000 with an annual bonus opportunity of up to $55K based on quota attainment, plus incremental bonus opportunities tied to key initiatives and performance milestones.
  • Meaningful equity package with significant upside potential.
Perks and Benefits
  • Competitive paid time off.
  • Competitive parental leave policy.
  • One‑time stipend to enhance your work‑from‑home experience.
  • Medical, dental, and vision insurance.
