Job summary

Kittitas Valley Healthcare is seeking a Charge Integrity Coordinator to manage and ensure compliance of the hospital and professional charge master. The role focuses on accurate charge capture, interfacing with systems, and supporting audits within the Revenue Cycle.

The position requires prior Revenue Cycle experience and knowledge of CPT/HCPCS codes, with preferred background in administration or finance. The role is full-time and on-site in Ellensburg, WA.

Qualifications

• Must have 3 years of Revenue Cycle experience.
• Knowledge of insurance billing practices and CPT/HCPCS codes.
• Experience with revenue capture audits and charge documentation.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and ensure compliance of the hospital and professional charge master.
• Oversee proper charge capture and reimbursement principles.
• Ensure accurate interfacing of charges into the system and link charges to clinical builds.
• Support Revenue Cycle Operations with charge reconciliation reports and audits.
• Serve as SME on CDM structure, CPT, HCPCS, revenue codes and payer regulations.
