Job summary

The Lodge at Sandhills Carolina in Pinehurst, NC seeks an experienced Revenue Cycle Business Office Manager to oversee billing, collections, and resident financial matters in our skilled nursing facility. The ideal candidate has 2–3 years healthcare billing experience, familiarity with Medicare/Medicaid, and strong organizational and communication skills.

This is an in-office role in NC, five days a week with occasional coverage rotations.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of healthcare billing and collections experience in long-term care or skilled nursing.
• Experience with Medicare, Medicaid, and private insurance billing.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee accounts receivable and resident billing (Medicare/Medicaid/Private).
• Submit claims and follow up on denials or unpaid balances.
• Generate and review revenue cycle reports; ensure clean AR.
• Coordinate resident admissions financial aspects and payment arrangements.
• Maintain compliance with HIPAA and billing regulations.
