Qualifications

• 5+ years in medical billing or revenue cycle
• Strong Medicaid and managed care billing experience
• Experience resolving denials and aging A/R
• Ability to communicate with insurance carriers and payer representatives
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills

Responsibilities

• Manage insurance accounts receivable from claim submission through payment
• Research, correct, and resubmit denied or rejected claims
• Submit appeals and supporting documentation to payers
• Follow up with Medicaid MCOs to resolve denied claims
• Process ACH billing and ensure accurate payment postings
• Prepare weekly payroll data and ensure timely submission
