Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Billing Operations & Claims Management: prepare and manage weekly billing activities and invoice submissions.
• Submit corrected claims and input billing data into databases.
• Handle denial appeals using clearinghouse or payer portals; ensure accuracy.
• Reconciliation, Reporting & Revenue Accuracy: reconcile activities across systems and prepare Medicaid revenue reports.
• Identify denial trends and support root-cause analyses to reduce bad debt.
• Collections & Denials: perform minimal B2B collection activity and follow up on delinquent remittances.
