BrightStar Care of Louisville is seeking an experienced Revenue Cycle Administrator to own the billing, accounts receivable, payment processing, and payroll-related tasks for our home care agency.

The role focuses on KY Medicaid and managed care billing, denials management, payer communication, and accurate documentation, with potential to start part-time or contract-to-hire and move to full-time.

Formación

• 5+ years in medical billing or revenue cycle experience.
• Strong Medicaid and managed care billing experience.
• Proven ability to resolve denials and recover aged receivables.
• Experience communicating with insurance carriers and payer representatives.
• Excellent Excel and reporting skills.

Responsabilidades

• Manage AR from claim submission through payment and payor follow-up.
• Monitor aging A/R and pursue outstanding balances.
• Research, correct and resubmit denied/rejected claims.
• Prepare appeals and supporting documentation.
• Maintain detailed documentation of collection activity and provide regular A/R reports.
• Process ACH billing and client payments; reconcile.
• Prepare weekly payroll data and reconcile discrepancies.
