• Process and coordinate Good Faith Estimates according to federal and organizational requirements.
• Review charge capture, write-offs, claim edits, and reimbursement variances to promote accurate billing.
• Monitor denial management and assist with researching and resolving denied claims.
• Develop and maintain operational reports, dashboards, and performance metrics for leadership.
